Apply Teamwork in Work Place

Description:

Objectives

The Competency Unit (CU) enables individuals to acquire the skills and knowledge to apply teamwork in the workplace. The CU specifies the skills and knowledge used by operators in the logistics industry. The CU includes :

Participate in team establishment.
Participate in developing team culture.
Communicate with team members.
Assist to improve team performance.

All level of staff

Duration

2 days (17.5 hours) : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Assessment

Practical and oral/written tests are conducted on Day 2 between 6.00 pm to 7.30 pm

Certification

Upon successful competency unit training and passing of assessment, participants will be issued the Statement of Attainment by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency.

Singapore Citizen / PR	$30.50 +GST $10.71 = $41.21 (Rank and File Level) $76.50 +GST $10.71 = $87.21 (PMET Level)
Foreigners	$153.00 + GST$10.71 = $163.71
Absentee Payroll	80% of hourly basic salary capped at $4.50/hour
