 Description:

Course Objective

The course aims to equip participants with key skills and knowledge required to perform effectively in a freight forwarding environment.

Who Should Attend

Customer Service Officer/Executive, Freight Forwarding Officer/Executive, Import/Export Officer/ Executive, Freight Supervisor, Freight Co-ordinator

Entry Requirements

Minimum age : 18
Academic level : 3 GCE N level passes in any subjects and a pass in ‘O’ Level English or at least IELTS 5.5.
Work experience: 1 year

Admission is solely within the discretion of TLA.

Course Duration

Certificate : 9 months  (147 training hours exclusive of examinations)
Diploma :  14 months (243 training hours exclusive of examinations)
