Participate in Hazard Identification and Risk Control

Description:

Objectives

The Competency Unit (CU) equips learners with knowledge and application skills to:
• Identify common types of hazards at the workplace
• Recognise simple risk assessment methods
• Recognise hierarchy of controls

Designed For
Persons typically at worker level with assigned responsibilities on WSH as representatives or leaders among the workers.

Duration

2 days (17 hours) : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Assessment

Practical and oral/written tests are conducted on Day 2 between 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm

The Logistics Academy

Certification

Upon successful competency unit training and passing of assessment, participants will be issued the Statement of Attainment by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency.

Full Course Fees (Self-Sponsored)	$148.73 + GST$10.41 = $159.14
Singapore Citizen / PR (after SDF subsidy)	$29.75+GST $10.41 = $40.16 (Rank and File Level) $74.40 +GST $10.41 = $84.81 (PMET Level)
Foreigners	$148.73 + GST$10.41 = $159.14
Absentee Payroll	80% of hourly basic salary capped at $4.50/hour
