 Project Management from the Warehousing Perspective (Mandarin)

Objective

This one day course is designed to provide an understanding of the project management from the warehousing perspective. It provides problem-solving skills and techniques in designing, developing and managing projects. Topics covered include project planning, project scheduling and critical path analysis, project controlling and risk management.

Lecturer

Yen San is a Logistics Manager with more than 15 years experience in operational management, operational solutions design, warehousing startup and processes improvement implementation in the supply chain discipline. 

He holds a Bachelor degree in Management Science from Case Western Reserve University, USA and a Master degree in Transportation Systems and Management from the National University of Singapore. 

Currently, Yen San is a logistics consultant working with Multi-National Companies on establishing and implementing solutions for supply chain improvement and efficiency. He is also a lecturer with the Singapore Logistics Association and Chartered Institute of Transportation Singapore since year 2008.
