The Higher Diploma/Diploma/Certificate courses are 10-month/14-month/9-month duration respectively,with each intake starting every March, May, August, October.
The sponsoring company or self-sponsored participant will receive a written confirmation of registration from the TLA when the application has been approved.
The closing date for the courses will be two weeks prior to the commencement date or once the class is full.
All participants must account for their absenteeism in writing to TLA. In the event where the attendance record is below satisfactory, future applications for other TLA courses may be subjected to a review.
Participants are assessed through class assignment, work project and examination to be held at the end of each certificate module. To be eligible to sit for the examination, participant must attain at least 75% attendance. All examination scripts are being held for a period of one year strictly only for auditing purposes. Participant who fails the examination, will be granted a re-examination of the certificate module at the following intake. In the event if the participant does not pass the re-examination, he will have to re-enrol for the certificate module.
Those who enrol for the module under the Diploma/Certificate programme, will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement upon successful completion of the individual modules. They will also be awarded the respective Diploma/Certification, upon completion of the stipulated certificate modules. They are given a maximum of two years to complete the Diploma. Upon successful completion of the Higher Diploma/Diploma/Certificate programme, participants are awarded the Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Diploma/Certificate in International Freight Management/Integrated Logistics Management respectively. The Higher Diploma/Diploma/Certificate will be presented to graduates at the TLA Graduation Ceremony scheduled at least once a year.
The courses may be subjected to changes in context, dates, venue and lecturers. The TLA reserves the right to cancel or postpone the courses if necessary.
