• What is ReputationWatch?

  ReputationWatch is a simple to use social media monitoring solution with a focus on your target market. We deliver timely, highly localised and relevant results straight into your email.

• How does ReputationWatch differ from others?

  Unlike other solutions (e.g. Google Alerts), ReputationWatch is highly localised. For example, we are able to tell apart someone talking about "buying flowers" in Singapore and someone talking about the same thing in Malaysia.
  
  Using our system, you will be able to find people interested in your products and services in your market. If you had used other solutions, you probably would receive information from regions outside of the market you are specifically interested in.

• Who is behind ReputationWatch?

  ReputationWatch is a product developed by JamiQ Private Limited, a company based in Singapore specialising in social media monitoring. You can find us at http://jamiq.com.

• When will I receive my first results?

  You will receive an Alert email the moment we find a mention of your Alert online. You will also receive a Daily Summary for each day that we find new mentions of your Alert.

• Why do I receive no results?

  You may have entered a very rare combination of keywords or selected a region whereby there are no conversations about their brand/issue at all.

• Why am I running out of Alerts?

  “Paused” Alerts are also considered in the Total Count of Alerts. You may consider deleting existing “Paused” alerts or purchasing more Alerts.

• When will I receive my first result?

  You will receive an Alert email the moment we find a mention of your Alert online. You will also receive a Daily Summary for each day that we find new mentions of your Alert.

• Can I change the keywords (Topics) that are being tracked?

  Yes, you can add, remove or modify the keywords (Topics) at any time. All information associated with your previous set of keywords (Topics)  will be deleted. We advise you Export your information out into an Excel sheet first before changing the keywords (Topics).

• How many users can use ReputationWatch?

  Up to 100 users (within each company account) can be assigned with ReputationWatch. The usage limit is determined by the total number of Topics your Company Administrator purchases.

• How long will my information be stored?

  Your information will be stored for as long as you are an active user of JamiQ or until you change the keywords (Topics) tracked.
