• What is Web Builder?
  
  Web Builder is a robust and dynamic service that comprises of 1GB of web space to cater to company’s daily communication needs. The suite includes an online website builder that allows anyone to create and manage their website quickly and easily. Web Builder is a powerful tool that emphasizes on users control and empowering authorized content contributor s to make edits directly on their website(s).
   
• How does the service work?
  
  Through Web Builder, your company is empowered with more advanced web creation tools that allow just anyone to perform the following:
  
  
  • Create, edit or delete website content using your web browser
  • Manage site visitors, contributors, publishers and their privileges
  • Upload documents, images, movies and other media
  • Create, edit or delete site pages and alter site structure
  • Manage and add new secure site sections
  • Build online forms and manage submitted data
  • Optimize site for search results and online marketing outcomes.

• What is the minimum system requirement to enjoy Web Builder?
  
  Web Builder is compatible with Internet Explorer 6 or higher. 
   
• Can I write my own HTML?
  
  Yes, definitely. If you're comfortable with writing HTML, you can use turn on the HTML option available on the Rich-Text-Editor Tool.
   
• Can I sign up for Web Builder when I have eShop Builder?
  
  All features in the Web Builder are available in the eShop Builder. However, if you still requires a Web Builder, you will need to provide another domain name for your Web Builder. A domain name is exclusive to only one (1) application.
   
• What is the minimum contractual period for Web Builder?
  
  The Web Builder will be tied to a 12 months contract.
   
• Is there a penalty charge if I/we terminate this application during or before the contractual period end?
  
  Yes, should customer terminates the service before the expiry of the minimum contractual period, a termination fee of 100% of the monthly charges for the remainder months of the Service shall be chargeable to customer.
   
• I am an existing Bizweb plus customer, can I subscribe for Web Builder?
  
  The features of Web Builder are exactly the same as BizWeb Plus. There is only a change in name.

Web Builder - Usage Plan

• What happens if customer relocates his/her current office premise?
  
  If customer relocates to another office premise, the service remains active. Please login to the Web Builder marketplace.singtel.com/ to update the details of the new premise.

Technical and Service Support

• How to start using Web Builder?
  
  Upon signing for Web Builder, our partner, CommonTown Pte Ltd will provide a one-time web builder training session at SingTel SLC located at 8 George Street, SingTel Learning Centre (next to OCBC Building).
   
• How frequent does the Web Builder perform data file backups?
  
  The system does data backup regularly and the backup will not affect system performance:
  
  (a) Daily backup – Data shall be backed up daily and stored on a backup server. Customers will be able to restore their data daily. In the event of ‘accidental termination’, customers would be able to retrieve their data as of the last backup, i.e. the backup on the day before.
  
  (b) Monthly backup – At the end of each month, the data on the backup server shall be archived to external storage and stored away off-site for a period of 1 year.
