Close to 50 participants attended a forum on 05 November 2019 jointly organized by SLA and a member, RSM Chio Lim LLP to understand the value and key valuation drivers in enhancing the value of their respective businesses. There was also a sharing on tax issues to consider and pitfalls to avoid when contemplating a Mergers and Acquisitions transactions.
