The Singapore Business Federation, the Ministry of Trade and Industry and Enterprise Singapore, organised the inaugural Free Trade Agreement (FTA) Symposium on Wednesday, 23 October 2019, 9.30am to 5.00pm at the Shangri-La Hotel Singapore.
Themed “Free Trade Agreements: 20 Years of Global Enterprise”, this symposium marked the 20th anniversary of the inception of Singapore’s FTA strategy, which began in 1999 with the negotiation of a comprehensive FTA with New Zealand.
