There has been an increase in the spate of workplace accidents in the logistics and transportation industry in 2021, some of which have resulted in fatalities and issuance of stop-work orders for logistics companies. To prevent and minimise the occurrence of  these unfortunate and avoidable incidents, the Association will be organising a webinar with the support of Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) and industry partners to:

• Shed light on the workplace accidents that are prevalent in the Logistics industry 

• Share practical safety measures for forklift operations

• Share examples of company-led initiatives to improve overall safety management practices

• Understand existing technologies to enable driver safety
