Apply Skills Framework for Talent Management and Development
In collaboration with Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), SLA conducted a one-day Human Capital Workshop on 23 August 2019 at TA Hub to encourage HR personnel from member-companies to adopt best HR practices in their companies.
Trainer Ms Celine Quek from CET Global Pte Ltd familiarised participants from 19 member-companies with the Skills Framework for Logistics. The useful classroom activities involved hands-on learning, process reviewing and action planning to develop and manage talents in their organisations.
After one day of intensive workshop, the HR personnel are better equipped to prepare a Talent Development Action Plan, walking away with knowledge and skills to apply read-to-use tools and best practices to create / improve their organisations’ talent management and development system.
