Singapore Logistics Forum
Held on 09 October 2019
at Lifelong Learning Institute, the
Singapore Logistics Forum is a flagship event of the Singapore Logistics Week
and is a premier platform for leaders in the logistics industry and trade
associations to share best practices, network and explore collaboration.
The forum gathered about 200 business leaders
from the logistics industry to engage in interactive sharing sessions, gain
insights on how to innovate and enhance their business operations as well as to
understand the importance of collaborative efforts and leverage on each other’s
strengths to grow their businesses. The forum was graced by Dr Koh Poh Koon – Senior
Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry.
Ms Gina Toh, Chairwoman – SLA E-fulfilment Committee was one of the
Panellists to share and discuss on Collaborative Urban Logistics. The
discussion emphasized on the importance of collaborative efforts and leverage
on each other’s strengths to grow the businesses.
Moovaz was also
unveiled as the winner of the inaugural Trade and Connectivity Challenge. Developed
based on Moovaz’s first-of-its-kind proprietary platform, the winning solution
seeks to address the challenge for traditional businesses to accelerate
digitalisation and shorten the process for them to realise the benefits brought
about by technologies.
