TAC Benchmarking Mission Trip

On the 9th – 15th of October 2022, Chairman Dave Ng and CEO Oh Bee Lock represented SLA and joined the Chairpersons and Executive Directors from 5 other Trade Associations, namely Association of Process Industry (ASPRI), Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS), Singapore Furniture Industries Council (SFIC), SGTech and Singapore Precision Engineering and Technology Association (SPETA) on a joint ESG-SBF TAC Benchmarking mission trip to Switzerland and Finland. The TAC Benchmarking Mission in Helsinki, Finland, the Singapore delegation meeting with various Finnish Associations such as the Teknologiateollisuus - Technology Industries of Finland and the Elinkeinoelämän keskusliitto EK – Confederation of Finnish Industries as well as various organisations including Business Finland, DHL and Neste Corporation. 

The programme included a tour Aalto Design Factory and Maria 01, which showcased how a safe space to learn, work and collaborate is vital to fostering innovation and pioneering success.
