TLA Graduation Ceremony 2022

Heartiest congratulations to the latest batch of TLA graduates! 12 December 2022 marked its first on-site Graduation Ceremony held at the TA Hub Theatrette after a two and a a half year hiatus to much cheers.

The graduates of Diploma in International Freight Management (Synchronous E-learning) and Diploma in Integrated Logistics Management (Synchronous E-learning) were all smiles and proudly posed with their Diploma Certificates to commemorate their achievement!

The co-branded SLA and ACCORD Specialist Certificate in Logistics Management was also presented to the pioneer batch of NSmen who have successfully completed the course.

The Specialist Certificate in Logistics Management is specially curated to recognize the contributions of NSmen and to promote lifelong learning, awarded upon successful completion of the:

·       1-day ICC Incoterms 2020,

·       A 4-day Course on Certificate in Logistics Operations &

·       Industry Networking Session conducted by SLA

“I am very honoured to have received TLA Best Achiever award for the Diploma in International Freight Management. While work commitments today takes up majority of our time, it is important to continue to keep ourselves relevant for the job market of tomorrow as the skills needed to succeed continue to evolve and I am glad I chose TLA for this next phase of my learning journey.

The lecturers were very experienced and very helpful. They were very approachable and willing to help even after lesson time. It was not easy to attend the evening lessons after work, but it was the way the lecturers conducted the lessons and sharing of real life experiences that made it worth it.

“I have never thought I would be standing here and receiving the Best Achiever award and Book Prizes. It is not just my own effort that has brought me here. I would like to thank my project mates from R59, R61 and R62. They were always helpful and willing to answer my noob questions since I’m the only 1 in the group not from the logistics industry. Also, not forgetting the TLA trainers that keeps prompting me and my fellow learners to ask questions and calling out our names to answer quizzes when silence is golden. On a closing note, I wish to share with everyone present here today, knowledge can be acquired via many platforms, make use of it! Thank you very much!”
