Preparing our Workforce and Process for Industry 4.0
With a growing cohort of
millennials in the workforce, factories are evolving to smart factories of the
future. With smart factories, there is an increase in demand for highly skilled
roles to enhance and maintain its automated processes in order to increase productivity
and maintain a competitive edge whilst the demand for physically demanding or
routine jobs will decrease. Given the complete change in the logistics
ecosystem, it is imperative to prepare the workforce for the future.
SLA, together with Singapore
Transport Association (STA) co-organized “Together We Can Go Further:
Preparing our Workforce and Process for Industry 4.0” following the CNY
